Team WORLD is a Football American Tackle team that will participate in the amateur CSIT WorldSportsGames 2023 games to be held in Ravenna from 5 to 10 September 2023, also known as the Amateur Olympics.

To allow the participation of players from all over the world who do not have a team registered in the WSG23, but who want to have the experience of playing in an international tournament, the TEAM WORLD has been created.

Join Team World, the only condition of being +18 years old and having your own complete game team; for the occasion a custom uniform will be created with your name.

HISTORY AND RECORDS

In 2018, to participate in the Pan-American tournament in Chile, several Italian players formed a team, initially called Team Europe, since they were all European players, but that became Team World including for the occasion players from Central and South America.

In this tournament, Team Europe qualified 3° winning the Final  3/4 place.

In 2019, for the first time, the discipline of American football was organized in the Amateur games CSIT WorldSportsGames Tortosa, Spain. For the occasion, players from the first expedition with the addition of others coming mainly from France and America, formed Team WORLD and participated in the tournament qualifying 3°. Team World later joined the WSG21, which was cancelled due to the pandemic.

• WHO ARE TEAM WORLD ?

  Team WORLD is a team made up of players from all over the world who want to participate in the Games but do not have a team, to give everyone the opportunity to have this great experience.

  Participation is open to all, regardless of their membership in clubs or federations because they’re amateur games; the only necessary conditions are to be +18 years old and own the whole team.

   Fill in all fields of the form and a Team World Manager will contact you for formalities and inclusion in Team WORLD.

• HOW MUCH IS IT GONNA COST ME?

Registration for WSG23 games costs €120 individually and must be paid before June 25. The accommodation is planned in a holiday complex at 700m from the fields in Bungalows (MobilHome) of 4prs with Kitchen and Bathroom at a discounted price of 85€/night or 21,40€ each per night. Once confirmed participation, will be created the uniform for the occasion whose price Pants and Jersey is about 50 € per person. The trip is on your own.
